MOSCOW, Sept 21 (Reuters) – A woman lost her life in Russia's Belgorod region after a Ukrainian artillery shell struck her residence, according to a statement by regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on Telegram this Sunday.

Since Russia initiated its large-scale military operation in Ukraine in February 2022, the Belgorod region has frequently been the target of Ukrainian strikes.
